​Alberta Cultural Society of the Deaf (ACSD) mission is to promote and heighten a positive image of Deaf people: their culture, their language (American Sign Language - ASL), and their heritage. Alberta Cultural Society of the Deaf actively advances the arts and culture of the Alberta population by featuring performing and visual arts, media arts and literature reflecting Deaf heritage and Deaf cultural values.
