1. General Information

By registering for a class, workshop, or tutoring session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Payment & Registration

All class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made up to 7 days before the start of the class.

• Partial Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be provided.

• No Refund: After the second class session, no refund will be issued.
  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. In-Person Class Policy

In-person classes are subject to minimum enrollment requirements.

• If class registration numbers are low, we may offer to transfer your enrollment to an ASL tutoring session (one-on-one with an ASL instructor, either on Zoom or in person).

• Tutoring sessions will be personalized to your learning goals rather than following the Signing Naturally curriculum.

• If you choose not to accept the tutoring alternative, you may request a full refund before the first class.

5. Class Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule, combine, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor availability or low enrollment. If this occurs, affected participants will be notified promptly and given the option of a refund or transfer.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

7. Agreement

By enrolling in a class or tutoring session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
